Jack D. Parrott and Chris AllenIn accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3) and 10 CFR 50.4(b)(7),
we are required to submit acopy of changes to the Rancho Seco Quality Manual (RSQM) that do not reducecommitments in the quality assurance program previously accepted by the NRC. Changesto the quality program that do not reduce commitments in the program can be made withoutprior NRC approval.
During calendar year 2014, we revised the RSQM to add a table of contents.
The safetyevaluation associated with this change concluded that these changes did not reduce anycommitments and did not require prior NRC approval.
The RSQM continues to implement the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B and 10 CFR Part 72, Subpart G. Theindividuals and organizations performing quality assurance functions continue to havesufficient authority, organizational
