Dairyland Power Cooperative La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR)Possession-Only License No. DPR-45Changes to Physical Security Plan, Security Force Training
& Qualification Planand Safety Contingency PlanA complete review of the ISFSI Physical Security Plan has been performed, and a number ofchanges were found necessary to keep the Plan current.
These changes are being submitted inaccordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (p). This revision has been approved by the LACBWROperations Review Committee and the Safety Review Committee.
Included are revisions to the ISFSI Physical Security Plan, the Security Force Training andQualification Plan and the Safeguards Contingency Plan. The location of the changes areindicated by a bold bar in the right-hand margin of each affected page.We are enclosing, as 'a separate item, an explanation of the changes to our subject plans. My staffhas reviewed these changes and have determined they do not result in a decrease in thecommitment to security of the plans.These enclosures are being sent as Safeguards Information.
Please update your copy of the ISFSISecurity Plan with the enclosed revised pages, and acknowledge these actions by signing andreturning the enclosed receipt.Please contact Don Egge, 608-689-2331 or Lane Peters, 608-689-4316, if you have anyquestions or comments.
