Thesubmittal includestheupdatetotheUpdatedFinalSafetyAnalysisReport(UFSAR)toincludethefireprotection programremovedfromTechnical Specifications.

Thisproposedamendment isconsidered tobeanimprovement totheTechnical Specifications.

TheproposedTechnical Specification changeissetforthinAttachment AtothisApplication.

Proposedchangestotheoperating licensearesetforthinAttachment B.Asafetyevaluation issetforthinAttachment C.Thisevaluation alsodemonstrates thattheproposedchangedoesnotinvolvetasignificant changeinthetypesorasignificant increaseintheamountsofeffluents oranychangeintheauthorized.
