Radioactive Material Quantities of Concern Category 1 Shipment NotificationThis letter provides notification of a planned shipment of radioactive material consistent with theprovisions of 10 CFR 37.77, NRC Orders EA-05006 and EA-05-007, Additional SecurityMeasures on the Transportation of Radioactive Materials Quantities of Concern. The specificdata required to be reported by 10 CFR 37.77 and the Orders is provided in the attachment to thisletter.Concurrent notification is also being made to the affected state governments.
