QUALIFICATION BOARD FOR KELLY SULLIVAN A qualification board was convened by the above board members on May 21, 2025, to determine whether Kelly Sullivan met the fuel facility inspector certification requirements described in NRC Inspection Manual Chapter (IMC) 1247. The board was established in accordance with Regional Office Instruction 0402 and IMC 1247.
Completion of IMC 1247 qualification signature cards and certification paperwork was verified by the board members. No equivalencies were necessary.
The board found that Kelly Sullivan met all the requirements in IMC 1247 as discussed above and it is recommended that she be certified as a fuel facility operations inspector.
