CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NO. 9217, REVISION NO. 21, FOR MODEL NO. ANF-250 PACKAGING
Dear Mr. Shaw:
As requested by your application dated May 9, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML25129A108), TN Americas LLC (Orano TN) requested the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to renew Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9217 for the Model No. ANF-250 package. The NRC staffs safety evaluation report is enclosed. Also enclosed is CoC No. 9217, Revision No. 21, for the Model No. ANF-250 package. Changes made to the enclosed CoC are indicated by vertical lines in the margin.
Orano TN has been registered as a user of the package under the provisions of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Section 173.471. The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The PDR is open by appointment.
