Dear Michael Ravnitzky:
On March 1, 2021, you sent the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) a request for a Mandatory Declassification Review of eight SECY papers from the year 1978.
The NRC consulted with external government entities and completed their internal review.
Most of the SECY papers requested have been declassified and made publicly available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS Public Search), package ML25269A139, as follows:
