On September 26, 2024 (Reference 1), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff issued Amendment No. 25 to the VNC Indemnity Agreement. This amendment was issued to reflect the termination of the Vallecitos Boiling Water Reactor (VBWR) license (Reference 2).
As requested, attached is a signed original Amendment No. 25 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-11 for the Vallecitos Nuclear Center.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
