ASSIGNMENT OF PROJECT NUMBER FOR DOMINION ENERGY SERVICES, INC., FOR NORTH ANNA POWER STATION PREAPPLICATION ACTIVITIES
Dear Mr. Lawrence:
On October 28, 2024, Dominion Energy Services, Inc. submitted a letter to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requesting a project number for North Anna Power Sation preapplication activities (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML24302A234).
On November 1, 2024, the NRC established a project number for preapplication activities.
Project No.: 99902135.
The NRC staff will begin to charge fees in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 170, Fees for Facilities, Materials, Import and Export Licenses, and Other Regulatory Services Under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as Amended, for the licensing and review of this application and any preapplication activities.
