Attached is the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff topical report verification for the Westinghouse eVinciTM microreactor Advanced Logic System Development Process (WCAP-18780-P/NP-A) and Advanced Logic System Platform (WCAP-18762-P/NP-A) topical reports. Based on its review of the report, the NRC staff determined that the topical reports are acceptable to the extent delineated in the NRC staff's safety evaluation dated, September 30, 2024, and may be referenced in future licensing action requests.
Also, attached is the completed form for the NRC staff withholding determination for WCAP-18762-P-A and WCAP-18780-P-A.
