Wolf Creek Generating Station Initial License Written Exam 2001 Exam Analysis Results A study was made of the questions missed by 50 % or more of the applicants. Questions missed were:

1. 97 SRO Only Of the 13 questions reviewed the following is the only substantive item.

1. Question #97 SRO. All SRO applicants missed this question. The answer is taken from the procedure for duties and responsibilities of the Control Room Supervisor, which would be required knowledge. However Hazardous Material training does not occur until after the licensing process is complete. The applicants apparently did not feel they would be asked any hazardous material questions since they had not been specifically trained on this topic yet, even though this responsibility was included in a previously covered lesson.
