- 1) Letter from Mr. Michael Tschiltz, USNRC to Mr. Ed Coen, Nuclear Management Company, LLC, "Transmittal of Revision 1 Significance Determination Process Risk-informed Inspection Notebook and Information Request for Next Revisions, dated August 19, 2004 Reference 1) provided a request for information, for the purpose of benchmarking the Significance Determination Process (SDP) notebooks.
This information is being submitted by the Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) in the enclosed CD. The main response to this request is located in the file "Kewaunee INFO REQ REV2.doc", which references the other files contained on the CD.
As stated in Reference 1), the NRC has made a preliminary determination, in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.390 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, that the information requested and the SDP notebooks may relate to a plant's physical protection. In accordance with this determination, this information has been marked as "proprietary information" and should be withheld from public disclosure.
