Based on discussions between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and your staff, Nuclear Management Company (NMC) marked the letters dated April 15 and 20, 2005, as sensitive information in accordance with Section 2.390 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The NRC staff has reviewed the letters and determined that they do not contain sensitive information and plan to make them available to the public on the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). This determination was discussed with Mr. Jim McCarthy on April 28, 2005.
