Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is to inform you of recent management changes at Entergy. These changes became effective on November 6, 2006.
Mr. Joseph E. Venable is the new Vice President of Operations, River Bend Station.
Mr. Kevin T. Walsh is replacing Mr. Joseph E. Venable as Vice President of Operations, Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station.
Mr. William R. Brian is now the Vice President of Operations, Grand Gulf Nuclear Station. Mr.
Brian previously served in this position on an interim basis.
Ms. Kimberly S. Cook is replacing Mr. Kevin T. Walsh as General Manager of Plant Operations, Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station on an interim basis. Mr. Jerry A. Ridgel is replacing Ms. Cook as the Director of Nuclear Safety Assurance, Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station on an interim basis.
Mr. Michael A. Krupa will continue in the position of General Manager of Plant Operations, Grand Gulf Nuclear Station on an interim basis. Mr. Edward D. Harris will continue in the position of Director of Nuclear Safety Assurance, Grand Gulf Nuclear Station on an interim basis.
