  • YuccaMountainstilldoesnothaveanoperatinglicense andnofundingwasproposedinthefederal2011budget.
  • For33years,allhighlevelradioactivecomponents includingfuelassemblieshavebeenstoredonsiteatDavis Besse.Initiallyinacoolingpondandtheninaboveground containers.

Nonuclearplantlicenseextensionsshouldbegranted untilalongtermstoragefacilityisoperating.
