Pursuant to your October 4, 2012 Order (Concerning Evidentiary Submission), herewith find Riverkeepers Exhibit RIVR00058. As you pointed out, the document originally submitted as RIV000058 did not match the description on Riverkeepers exhibit list and was inadvertently a duplicate of RIV000054. Per your directive, Riverkeeper re-files this exhibit with the correct document for its inclusion in the evidentiary record in the above-referenced proceeding.
Riverkeeper updated exhibit list (RIVR80001), also submitted herewith, reflects this correction and submission.
