Dear Mr. Weber:
The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated June 20, 2013, which summarized your completion of the requirements described in Section V of the Confirmatory Order issued to you by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on June 28, 2012.
You state that all actions were completed upon the submittal of the subject letter on June 20, 2013. We reviewed your letter and find it is responsive to the requirements associated with Section V of the Confirmatory Order. We have no further questions or comments at this time and will review the implementation of your corrective action during a future NRC staff inspection to verify full compliance has been achieved and maintained. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
