Additional Information Florida Power and Light (FPL) submits this additional information to the NRC at the request of Ms. Diedra Spaulding of your staff.
At the request of the
- NRC, a telecon was held on March 4, 1994 to discuss elements of the FPL response to NRC Bulletin 90-01 Supplement 1.
FPL responded to NRCB 90-01 Supplement 1 by letter L-93-61, dated March 5, 1993.
In this response, FPL stated it would be using an "enhanced surveillance monitoring program" as part of its approach.
The "enhanced surveillance monitoring program" utilizes the guidelines defined in Rosemount Technical Bulletin Number 4, Rosemount Inc., dated December 22, 1989.
