Dear Mr. Crutchfield:

The purpose of this letter is to confirm information given verbally to Mr. J.

Lyons of your staff on December 2,

1982 concern-ing our Emergency Operations Facility (EOF).

Our permanent EOF is located 18 miles from the R. E. Ginna site in a previously existing office building at 49 East Avenue, Rochester, New York.

Our permanent primary EOF was previously located at 89 East Avenue.

We do not have a backup EOF (none is required) and no interim EOF was used prior to establishing the permanent facilities at 89 East Avenue and later at 49 East Avenue.
