Copies of meeting summaries are available in the local public document room located in Rochester Public Library, 115 South Avenue, Rochester, New York 14604.
All other documents related to the tube rupture event will also be placed in the local document room as they become available.
In response to your request we have placed you on the distribution list for all reports, meeting notices and meeting sumaries with regard to the January 25, 1982, incident at the R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant.
In addition, all me tings with the utility held to date on the January 25 event have been "open" meetings.
If a meeting is to be
- closed, we will notify you in advance and provide a basis for the closing of the meeting.
Sincerely, Your letter of March 2, 1982, requested that you be notified of all meetings held with regard to the January 25, 1982, accident at the Ginna Nuclear Power Plant and whether such meetings are opened or closed to the public.
In addition you have requested that the minutes of the meetings
