Accompanying this letter are sixteen boxes containing these materials.

A complete replication of these materials have been sent to EG&G, Idaho Falls, Idaho.

For your convenience a brief summary of the contents of these boxes is provided.

The attached summary is formatted similar to Enclosure 1 of reference (a), which requests 18 categories of information/documents.

Further, several major procedures will be revised and issued after this material delivery and before the scheduled NRC Examination.

The following procedures will be frozen for the purpose of this examination.
