Docket Ho. 50-250 8 251 Proposed License Amendment F~HiFq In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power 8 Light Company submits herewith three signed originals and forty copies of a request to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-31 and 41.
This amendment is submitted to increase the F,< limit in support of the reactor vessel flux reduction pr ogram.
Changes are also submitted to reflect operation with new steam generators.
The proposed amendment is described below and shown on the accanpanying Technical Specification pages in Attachment A.
Safety evaluation in support of the pr oposed changes is described in At.achment B.
Page vi Figure 3.1-1 has been added to the List of Figures.
Figure 2.1-1 This figure has been modified to renove the "note", wnich is no longer applicable with the new steam generators, Fioure 2.l-la

In accordance with IO CFR I 70.22, it has been determined that this represents a
Class I and Class III amendment and a check for payment will follow under separate cover.
Attachment B to this document contains proprietary information as per IO CFR 2.790 and should be withheld from public disclosure.
