NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-280/93-27 AND 50-281/93-27
This refers to the inspection conducted by William P. Kleinsorge of this
office on November 29 to December 1, 1993.
The inspection included a review
of activities authorized for your Surry facility. At the conclusion of the
.inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staff
id~ntified in the report.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures
and representative records, interviews with p~rsonnel, and observation of
activities in progress.
Within the scope of the inspection, violatio_ns or deviations were not identi-
fied.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of
this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
