Signed out today; our admin support is out & therefore will hit FedEx tomorrow.

Im a little conflicted about public disclosure of facility details that might give indication of fuel storage location, and would appreciate if you would consider redacting (Auxiliary Equipment Room, Rm. 2.204B within the Reactor room) and references to room 2.204B as per attached.

Thanks, pmw

It looks pretty complete to me. Fill in your subject line. I think we have something to work with.

RE: RE: RE: Accession No ML19079A165 The absolute clearest would be you withdrawing the original in the beginning of the submittal. You dont have to do a lot to explain it. It could be based on input from DOE

and the preparation required for shipping these materials.

I might even prefer that. Just make reference to the original submittal and a one-liner about why. What do you think?

Would referencing a telecom requesting further detail create a possible flag perception that it should have been a public meeting? Or skirting the RAI process? I dont mind doing adding the reference and the signed letter hasnt gone out yet (I think), just want to make sure this wont cause problems.

Thanks pmw

RE: RE: Accession No ML19079A165

Sorry about not getting back sooner. I was traveling on Friday.

Now looking again at this, here is what happened on this. Document Control did not have me identified as the PM, so it was never sent to me. I remember at the time that you had said you were sending in an amendment. I finally went looking for it in ADAMS, as NRC staff, and found it. Document Control posted it as non-public because they had no PM to profile the document for public availability. That has been corrected, but the profile on that document has not been fixed.

I have requested Document Control to change it. That may take some time, but that shouldnt hold you up from going ahead with your submittal. Go ahead and cite the document under that ADAMS Accession Number and that should work just fine. Please state in this submittal why you are supplementing the original submittal. You can cite telephone conversation requesting further detail.

Is this document public?

I searched ADASM for the accession number and didnt return anything; so I searched for SNM-180, came up with 2 items for SNM-1800 and a 2009 item for SNM-180 for UT Austin.

Thanks pmw
