Enclosed is a letter transmitted this day from Staff ccunsel to the secretary of the Atcmic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board Panel indicating that the transcript of the deposition of Chauncey Kepford in the Perkins proceeding was submitted with a missing page. As a result of this error, the first sentence of the first full paragraph of the topic numbered 5 cn page 11 of "NRC Staff's Answer to Inter-venors' Joint Filing Dated July 27, 1978," filed in the captioned prcceedings en September 15, 1978, was not therefore totally accurate when made. Staff counsel, however, now hopes that the record of the proceedings as modified is ccaplete and correct.
