This is in response to your letter of July 23, 1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, information concerning the underwatec atomic test " Operation Wigwam," conducted in 1955.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has no records concerning this test.
I suggest you write to the Department of Defense and to the Department of Energy, either of which may possibly have information on this subject.
