Dear Mr. Angarola:
This is in response to your letter dated January 11, 1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of any and all regulations or other materials relating to NRC requirements or criteria for employment as a construction worker working on-site at a privately owned nuclear power. plant, specifically, the Farley Plant, and to requirements imposed by the NRC on the employees of Daniel Construction Company.
In response to your request, please find enclosed a copy of Part 73 -
Code of Fede al Regulations - Physical Protection of Plants and Materials.
The NRC possesses no documents subject to your request which specifically relate to the Farley Power Plant or the Daniel Construction Company.
