Docket No. 50-341 Dear Mr. Hiller.
s As the representatives for Citizens for Employment and Energy (CEE), the Applicants and the NRC Staff agreed at our meeting on January 25, 1979, I have enclosed a copy of the draft stipulation between CEE, the Applicant and the NRC Staff.
I have indicated in this draft stipulation the language of the contentions agreed to by the parties at this meeting as indicated by my notes.
In accordance with our agreement, Dick Black, Counsel for the NRC Staff, will initiate a conference call on Friday, February 2, 1979 which will include yourself (313-995-7623), Pt.ter Marquardt (313-237-7722), Larry Shurman (313-649-7562) and Harry Voigt (202-457-7500).
During this con-ference call we will discuss the final clarification of contentions you indicated you would be prepared to give on February 2, 1979.
Following this call we will contact the Licensing Board and report, as requested, the progress of the parties' agreement on contentions.
