REMARKS:
IMC 0611 Exhibit 4, Inspection Report Cover Letter Templates, has been revised to reflect the splitting of IMC 0612 into IMC 0611 for documentation and IMC 0612 for issue screening.
IMC 2600 Appendix C, Fuel Cycle Resident Inspection Program, has been revised to provide clarification on Category 1 senior resident inspector turnovers to include a typical turnover period and Regional Administrator permission to exceed that time period. Also included is guidance for charging hours during the turnover to prevent excessive direct hours being billed due to the double-encumbered situation.
IP 69022, Inspection of Operational Readiness During Construction of Non-Power Production and Utilization Facilities, has been revised to provide additional guidance on inspecting Moly-99 licensee readiness to transition to operations.
IP 87104, Decommissioning Inspection Procedure for Materials Licensees, has been revised to clarify confirmatory survey requirements and provide consistency with IP 83890, Closeout Inspection and Survey. Changes made in Section 3, General, and Section 3.2.c., Inspections after Remediation, bullet 3.
