OV APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Sacramento Municipal Utility District Sacramento, California Docket No. 50-312 Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on January 26-29, 1976, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below:
A.
Contrary to Technical Specification 2.1 of Appendix B, alternate instrumentation or representative data readings were not provided within four hours from the time the in-stalled liquid effluent temperature measuring equipment was identified as being defective. A work request initiated on January 26, 1976 indicated that the instrument was apparently malfunctioning.
It was subsequently repaired on January 28, 1976 without interim monitoring or sampling being provided.
This item h a deficiency.
