Dear Mr. Reid:
In response to your letter of July 31, 1978 on the Limiting Conditions for Operations Study, the District is willing to participate in this program. As discussed in the telephone conversations referenced in your letter, we will have to limit our manpower commitment to approximately 100 manhours and we wish to avoid any involvement until after our next refueling period, approxima'tely January 1,1979.
