'Ihe "menorandum" discussed at page 80 of the Governor's 'IMI Comnission report has not been located and probably does not exist.
I have checked with PEMA, BRP, and the Lt. Governor's office with no results and I do not; know & else in the Comtrxra.alth muld have it.
If you have any questions, I m uld be willing to check other offices.
Also enclosed are the additional interrogatory reponses of It.
Dougherty, with appropriate affidavit.
I have not finished collecting supplanentary responses to questions 25(c) and 29(a) from all three agencies involved, but I hope to complete that soon.
