Thanks for your letter and the information on the new IAEA Training Program course.
It looks like a good one.
I will be in Europe from about September 20 through October 10, and then again October 20-24. That blocks out a good part of the time the course will be running. The week between trips I will need in Washington to catch up on things, and same goes for the last week in October.
That leaves November, less the 4th, lith, and 14th, according to my current calendar.
We might do something in the remaining time in November that the course is on--let me know how that would work out for you.
Perhaps a better alternative for your purposes would be to attract another Comissioner who can fit your schedules.
I'll leave it up to you.
