You are hereby required to appear before the President's' Commission on the accident at Three Mile Island at Three Mile Island, Trailer Ten, on the 24th day of July
, 1979 at 8:30 a.m. to testify on the accident at Three Mile Island ard matters related thereto.
You are hereby further required to bring with you at said time and place the following document:
