ORDER ESTABLISHING SCHEDULE FOR DISCOVERY (June 4,1980)

After considering the proposed schedule for discovery sug-giited by the Staff and the Applicant, and in view of the state-ment by the Staff that their Environmental Impact Appraisal (EIA) will now be filed on May 30, 1980, the following schedule is established for all parties.

Discovery will proceed in accordance with 10 CFR 55 2.740, 2.741 and 2.742.

All requests.for discovery are to be served on the parties from whom discovery is requested on or before

' June 30, 1980.

2.

Obj ections to all requests for discovery are to be served on or before July 11, 1980.

Answers to all requests for discovery to which no obj ections are raised are to be served on the requesting party on or before July 18, 1980.

4.

Dates for filing Motions for Summary Disposition and replies thereto will be established by the Board as discovery progresses but will follow promptly the completion of discovery.
