Condition of Systems and Conponents:
The conditicn of all systens and cocponents vital to the maintenance of a safe standby conditicn had been carefully reviewed. This includes a review of the records generated during the reporting period for all systems and conponents specifically noted in the Technical Specifications. Inspections and 'lbsts to assum integrity of the Ibactor Building and the Mockup Reactor
(?CR) Facility were perfonmd as specified in the Technical Specifications.
The Ibactor Building, tiockup Ibactor Facility, and each system and conponent were found to be in the condition specified in the Technical Specifications and/or Standlyy Procedures.

Changes in Procedurus:
mere were no significant changes in procedures relating to the MJR Facility during the reporting period.
