AMENWiENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. E-4 AME'IEMENT NO.11 Effective May 1,1979, Indemnity Agreement No. E-4, between Cornell University and the Atomic Energy Comission, dated July 5,1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Article III, Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount
"$140,000,000" and substituting therefor the arnount "$160,000,000."
