In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(P), enclosed for your incorporation into the Arkansas Nuclear One Industrial Security Plan are five (5) copies, copies 1 through 5, of revision number 3.
Included in this revision are changes we committed to make in our letters of December 31, 1980, and January 7,1981.
In Enclosure A is a brief summary of several of these changes for further clarification.
