Operability requirements o.f T.S. were met.

Apparent Cause of Occurrence:

Electronic failure of switch FIS65-70a.

Analysis of Occurrence:

There were no danger to the health or safety of the public, no release of activity, no damage'to the plant or equipment, and no resulting significant chain of events.

Corrective Action

l Switch FIS65-70a was replaced and train "C" was functionally tested and l

returned to service.
