APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.
S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A
to these licenses be amended to revise specification 4.0.2 by removing the limit of 3.25 times the surveillance interval for any three consecutive surveillance intervals.
The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachments A-1 and A-2 to this Application.
A Safety Analysis is set forth in Attachment B.
A No Significant Hazard Evaluation is set forth in Attachment C.
Dased on the guidance provided by tho Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to these operating Licenses be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
