The information presented is as initially received without verification or evaluation and is basically all tnat is known by IE staff as of this date.

ALLEGATIONS RECEIVED FROM NEWS MEDIA (*JXYZ, CHANNEL 7$ DETROIT)
By letter dated.May 27, 1980, TV station WXYZ provided a list of thirty-one allegations concerning construction at Fermi 2.
With the letter was a letter written by a former Wismer & Becker (site contractor) employee, and a trans-cript of interview of the individual. Also included were copies of several audits performed by the site constructor, Daniels International.
The majority of the allegations deal with instrument piping, dispositions of nonconformance reports, and welding documentation.
It appears that some of these allegations are related to allegations reported in PNO-III-80-32 and PNO-III-80-54, which have been the subject of an RIII investigation. The alleger will be contacted and additional investigatica conducted as necessary.
The State of Michigan will be notified.
