Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
Public Service Company of Colorado has determined that solenoid valves manufactured by Valcor Engineering Corporation have not been installed at our Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station.
Therefore, we plan no further response to IE Bulletin No. 80-23.
Four man-hours were expended in the research and response to this I&E Bulletin.
