Buchholz to Karl Kniel, " Mark II Containment Program, General Electric Report NEDE-24288-P, Generic Condensation Oscillation Load Definition Report," dated November 26, 1980 The reference letter transmitted seventy copies of General Electric report NEDE-24288-P, " Generic Condensation Oscillation Load Definition Report" and stated that the affidavit indicating the proprietary nature of that report would be transmitted separately.
Enclosed with this letter is the affidavit describing the proprietary nature of the information contained in the report NEDE-24288-P.
