w DOCKET 50-155 - LICENSE DPR BIG ROCK POINT PLANT - IaI COMMITMENTS By letter dated May 19, 1976, Consumers Power specified that the next h0-month inservice inspection interval for the Big Rock Point Plant would co=mence September 1, 1978 and that appropriate Technical Specifications changes vould

be submitted six months prior to that date. However, subsequent to that letter, the current Big Rock Point inservice inspection interval third has been extended approximately five months (to January 31,1979) to permit the schedule to be coincident with the scheduled refueling outage. Thus, the Technical dpecifica-tions change request vill be submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55 a(g)(5)(ii) or by August 1, 1978. Further, the description of the planned inservice inspec-tion and testing programs and any required code relief, as delineated by your letter of November 24, 1976, vill be submitted by November 1, 1978.
