6 APPENDIY A NOTICE OF VIOLATION University of Michigan Docket No.50-002 As a result of the inspection conducted on January 26-28, 1981, and in accordance with the Interim Enforcement Policy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7, 1980) the following violation was identified.
Technical Specification 4.4.a states that the primary coolant pH shall be measured weekly. Operating Procedure Number 301 (OP-301) states that pH is to be measured with a pH meter. Technical Specification 4.4.b states that the primary coolant resistivity shall be measured weekly.
Contrary to the above, the primary coolant pH was not measured with a pH meter during the weeks of December 21 and December 28, 1980 and primary coolant resistivity was not measured during the week of December 28, 1980.
