The subject increment of analysis is the environmental consequences of postulated plutonium releases from your Vallecitos, California plant as a result of severe natural phenomena. A draft of the enclosure has been reviewed, and commented upon, by those analyr rho required the results to carry out succeeding analyses and by,

staff. The NRC staff has endorsed this final version of the review for application in succeeding analyses.

However, we will consider challenge of our endorsement when supported by credible technical bases.
