"!c;. - :s:4 Page 2 of 2 Pages U.S. NLCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION EXPORT LICENSE Conditions License Number XSfN01780 Condition 1 - Licensee shall file with the Customs Officer or the Postmoster two copies,in addi-tion to those otherwise recuired, of the Shipper's Export Dectoration covering ecch expert and mark one of such copies for transmittal to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-fatory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following decloration should oc-compcny or be placed on the Shipper's Export Declarctions for such exports:
"This shipment is being made pursucnt to specific license number (specific license number) filed et (location of Customs office where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). This license expires en (expiration date of license), and the unshipped bclence remcining on this license is sufficient to cover the shipment described on this declorction.'
Condition 2 - Exports cuthorized in any country er destinction, except Country Groups O, S W, X, Y, cnd Z ;n Port 370, Supplement Nc.1, of the Comprehens:ve Export Schedule of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Condition 3 - This license covers only the nuclecr content of the materici.
Condition 4 - The meterial to be exported unoer this license shall be shipped in accordence with the physical protection recuirements for specici nuciecr material in 10 CFR 73.
Condition 5 - Spccici nuclecr meterial cuthorized for export under th;s Fcense shcIl not be trcesported outside the United States in pcssenger carrying circraft in shipments exceeding (1) 20 grams or 20 curies. whichever is less, of plutonium or urcnium 233, er (2) 350 grcms of urenium 235.
Condition 6-This licen:e authorizes export only end dces not cuthori:e the rece;pt, phyacol possession, or use of the nuclear meterial.
Condition 7 - The licen3ee shall complete ord submit en NRC Fcrm 7.11 fer each shipment of source meter;ol exported unde r this license.
Condition 8 - The licensee shcIl cdvise the NRC in the event there is eny change in the designo-tion of the company who will pockege the nuclect material to be exported under th;s license, or any change in the lecction cf the pockeging operction, et least three weeks prior to the scheduled dcte of expert.
