1990. As I discussed, with Mr. Fred Reeves, I will plan to participate in a workshop panel discussion on Future Regulatory Actions and Mr. Bill Brach, Chief, Vendor Inspection Branch will provide a briefing on misrepresentation-of vendor-products. Mr. Brach will prepare a brief paper for publication in the workshop transactions. The title of Mr. Brach's paper will be " Fraudulent Parts. Buyer Beware. The paper will discuss NRC inspection and review of vendors' misrepresentation of equipment and materials supplied to nuclear power plants.
I believe the topic and focus of the workshop are very timely, and I look forward to the meeting.
