Subject:

Restart of GESMO Gentlemen:

Please be advised that 1 fav - the resumption of the reprocessing of spent fuel and the proposed use of mixeo oxides in Light Water :ieactors.

It is imperative that the United States of America does all it can to minimize its use of foreign oil, amd materially extend its uranium reserves by the reprocessing of spent fuel.

I am opposed to the present Administrations' policy of not reprocessing spent fuel, as well as their anti-breeder phi, losophy.

Please reconsider and vote in favor of the resumption of GESMO, as it is in the

'oest interest of the United States of America.

Sincerely, l)M742-F.A. Panzani
