Our Department has been conducting a study of potentiel improvements to ferry services across Long Island So md.
One proposed terminal would be located in Shoreham or Wading Aiver near LII.CO's nuclear plant.
'Fould you please advise of NRC regulatlons or criteria that would prohibit or restrict construction of a ferry terminal or access road in the vicinity cf that plant.
